We are looking for a motivated Credit Controller, to support the Finance team (for 13 entities).

**Expectations for your new role**:
Perform all Credit & Collection activities for all EMENA companies:

- Process all bank statements and daily cash follow-up of all our banks;
- Proactively report potential incoming fund challenges, and overdue customers and facilitate early/special payments;
- Perform weekly cash forecast and monthly long-standing Credit reports;
- Process payments from the netting system (dividends, account payments, or any other payment made via the system);
- Timely follow-up and handle customer order releases in cooperation with Sales, Customer Services, and Management;
- Limit the credit exposure of high-risk customers;
- Assessing and calculating the required provisions and commissions;
- Updating and maintaining customer master information and cleaning account receivable aging;
- Closely follow-up Letters of Credit, documentary credit, and other trade finance products;
- Acting as the gatekeeper of the Credit Policy and actively seeking continuous improvement of procedures and Credit Management systems;
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial month-end reporting.

**Your skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance;
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of credit control experience in a manufacturing environment (experience in an international environment is a plus);
- Advance knowledge of credit risk management and credit rating;
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of foreign exchange banking experience, experience in US GAAP (experience in any other European GAAP is a plus), and working with SAP are an asset;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office with excellent Excel skills, BI tools,...);
- Being accurate, accountable, positive, and result driven;
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Live in Spain
- Spanish mother tongue; Full English speaker; French is a good plus.
