**Job Description Summary**: As Marketing Manager Southern Hub you will lead the marketing and market development organisation in the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Southern Hub (including Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece regions). This role is a pivotal role within the Southern Hub team, requiring significant depth and breadth of marketing knowledge and experience. Demonstrates strong business and marketing goals ownership through sensing, communicating, and developing new market opportunities and approaches. Identifies and leads execution of holistic strategy and marketing programs for solution adoption and value selling. Sets Hub strategic market priorities and program investments. Builds strong Hub marketing capabilities and team.

**About the role**:
**As Marketing Manager Southern Hub you will** **lead the marketing and market development organisation in the MMS Southern Hub (including Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece regions). This role is a pivotal role within the Southern Hub team, requiring significant depth and breadth of marketing knowledge and experience. Demonstrates strong business and marketing goals ownership through sensing, communicating, and developing new market opportunities and approaches. Identifies and leads execution of holistic strategy and marketing programs for solution adoption and value selling. Sets Hub strategic market priorities and program investments. Builds strong Hub marketing capabilities and team.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the marketing business group team consisting of marketing managers and product managers.
- Build, implement, and deliver competitively robust, practical go-to-market strategies and 1 - 3 year business plans, including growth and pricing strategies and plans, aimed at accelerating growth, reducing cost and improving profit.
- Focus on strategy development, marketing and messaging to customers, solution design, pricing and sales process excellence, bid creation and system optimisation through data.
- Responsible for KOL development and management and collaborate with the EMEA team to build strong clinical evidence and access to market strategy.
- Provides marketing expertise through specific and advanced set of skills and knowledge, e.g. branding, marketing communication, product and portfolio management, market planning and execution.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Post-graduate Marketing qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing/ business in the healthcare industry (sales, marketing, and some awareness of managed services). 3 years in product and/or market management. Business experience may include marketing, sales, sales training, business development
- Omnichannel experience with strong emphasis on digital marketing.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with strong marketing acuity.
- Communicates effectively and persuasively both inside and outside of the organization in a variety of presentation settings and with senior level/exec audiences.
- Team leadership experience with the ability to lead managers rather than individual contributors.
