Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact working as an FP&A Analyst will be:
The FP&A Analysis and Insights Ops Team provide excellent service as Business partners of the Finance Representatives and the Business in Continental Europe, offering analysis of financial and operational data & KPIs, providing transparency of the financial data and identifying opportunities to improve business processes and decisions. Responsible for the financial planning process within the Ops Area. Your main missions:
- Realize the financial and operational analysis of the Ops
- Analyze business partnering, offer insights and influence decision
- Prepare the board packs (M)
- Analyze the Budget/Forecast (Ops)
- Bonus pool monitoring (Q)
**Requirements**:
Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You have at least 2 years of experience as an FP&A Analyst
- You have strong analytical and Excel skills
- You speak fluently English and other EU languages
- You are able to work under pressure and keep strict deadlines
- You are proactive in identifying issues and opportunities to improve business
- You are able to communicate with stakeholders on different levels, including senior management
