Middle Office Intern

**BUNGE**has an exciting opportunity available for a
**Middle Office Intern.**In this role, you will be part of Middle Office team to provide support to the Value Chain Leads in terms of reports, data provider and quality analysis for their business decisions. All data provided ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, always with the right level of proactivity, business understanding and controls.

**Key Interfaces: Internal - External**
- Constant interaction with Trading, Execution, Middle office team in other BBS centers, FPA, R2R, Credit team, VC.
- Finance partners, Controlling, GIA, external auditors Dimensions BBS countries, Value Chains.
- Main Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Daily Risk Position and PnL.
- Prepare country daily Risk Position (commodities and freight), reconciliation and validation in SAP-UPL.
- Reconciliation with Delta.
- VC Consolidated Risk Position preparation and distribution with alignment between MO teams and BBS Centers.
- Development new reporting requests from VC always ensuring standardization and automation implemented.
- Weekly Fx Position.
- Report preparation at legal entity level with VC split.
- Data accuracy controls across countries.
- Fx hedging.
- EoM MtM.
- Price build-up: calculation and upload in SAP apliying all controls requested.
- Quality control of Open book to ensure proper contract data for MtM calculations.
- Review MtM calculation done in SAP and correction when needed.
- Overdue contracts monitoring.
- IC contracts reconciliation.
- Daily Risk Position published on time (before 12am CET) - Correct Mark to market valuation - Forex Exposure within the limits - No intercompany discrepancies - Processes improvement & documentation.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Competencies**
- Studies in Finance or Accounting; or technical knowledge about Data Management and Analysis.
- Strong information system skills (Excel, SAP, tableau, dashboard, ).
- English is a must, other European languages in our scope is a plus.
- Teamwork in a multicultural and multilanguage team - Results and compliance oriented.
