**Role**:
We are hiring a Finance and Accounting Line Manager to support us and who will be responsible for a set of services in the accounting and finance department. This position is based in our main office in Barcelona. We are looking for somebody who can work in French, with a strong attention to details and manage a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and ensure continuous improvement of appropriate tools, policies, internal controls, standards and procedures of Finance and Accounting
- Oversee and help organizing the work of the Finance and Accounting staff
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and policy matters
- Ensure all French group companies' financial reports and accounting procedures are produced accurately within required time frames
- Make sure that accounting systems, policies, and practices comply with accounting standards and best practices, while optimizing efficiency
- Oversee the annual independent financial audits, ensuring compliance with fiduciary requirements
- Prepare monthly reports for the Management

**Qualifications**:

- Native french
- Business, Corporate Finance, Accounting or related degree mandatory
- From 4 to 8 years’ experience in operational management roles, including at least 2-3 years in a senior level position leading in-house financial management and reporting, with responsibility for working with external auditors
- Direct knowledge of, and experience working in, accounting and reporting systems
