**Job Description**:
Pharmaceutical Chemicals
Chemical synthesis in pharmaceutical enterprises
Research and development of separation and purification drugs
Drug analysis Drug synthesis
1. Lead the team to carry out pharmaceutical chemical synthesis work, including the design of compound synthesis route, compound synthesis reaction, separation and purification, and structure identification, and conducted comprehensive analysis of the results and quality control of the synthetic products;
2. Guide and motivate team members to complete the project work, and help them solve the problems in the experiment;
3. Complete the experimental records and reports clearly, accurately and in detail, summarize and feedback the experimental results, and make regular and irregular written reports;
4. Guide and train subordinate members to improve their professional experimental skills.
High performance bonus: 8K-20KRMB/ month
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in organic synthesis, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering or related field;
2. 5 years or above working experience in organic synthesis or pharmaceutical chemistry research and development;
3. Strong scientific research ability, deep understanding of organic synthesis, rich theoretical knowledge and synthesis experience of organic synthesis;
4. Excellent team management ability, strong sense of responsibility, good professional quality, communication and management ability, innovation consciousness and strong team spirit.
