**Senior Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition (Fixed Term Contract) - Madrid, Spain**

In this role as Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition. Responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for technical positions from entry level up to senior level within our new Digital Banking Tech Hub in Spain.**Role Responsibilities**
- Coordinates pre-employment travel, offer process, and new hire experience requirements.
- Works on complex recruiting issues/activities.
- Interprets the employment strategy and aligns resources and people to meet strategic goals..
**Role Requirements**
- Substantial experience working within the digital, product, and tech space is essential - (hiring across engineering and UX/UI).
- You will be an experienced talent professional with experience and knowledge of recruiting technical talent.
- You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems and will have a strong network across the external market.
- Ability to work individually or with others in a global, fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, following review and approval processes, and managing timelines thoughtfully with partners.Solid hands-on experience, ideally from an in-house or RPO environment.
- You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems (Workday, Linked In) and will have a good understanding of the talent market.
- As a seasoned professional, you are used to analyzing complex data and using the same for key decision-making.
- You would have experience working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders based locally as well as globally in an SLA-focused environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is also required.
