Dragons Group is a specialized digital advertising agency, whose mission is to support our client's advertising needs by providing integrated solutions across all things content.
We aren’t a huge agency where you’ll be just another cog in the machine. We are a medium-sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly-motivated people.
We are looking for a Junior Copy & Community Manager to join our German team and work for one of the most renowned national FMCG brands, so a passion for food is essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Along with the Creative team, set, plan, and implement social media campaigns and strategies always bearing in mind the sector the client is positioned in
- Create engaging and relevant content for all Social Media platforms
- Come up with concepts and write up the copy that will be used across all brands on the different platforms
- Day-to-day social engagement on the brand’s Social Media channels
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
- Analyze traffic and relevant community metrics
- Set up Content Objectives for the month (Content Calendar)
- Work with the Content Manager and the creative team to develop new activations to drive brand engagement
**Requirements**:
- Previous demonstrated experience as a Community Manager or similar role within creative agencies
- 1+ years of experience creating, writing and editing engaging online content
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- A passion for food and previous experience working for brands within the FMCG sector
- Experience with social media management for brands
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and online communication
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Translation would be ideal. Marketing, Communication, or relevant fields will be considered too.
**Languages**:
- German (native)
- English (highly recommended)
