**Job Description**:
**Key Responsabilities**
- Investigate, advise, and resolve pre-sales and after-sales queries, acting as primary contact with the Customer and ensuring single contact resoluti

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Native Italian and fluency in Spanish or English.
- Availability from Monday to Sunday and holidays (rotating shifts)
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support services.
- Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
- Proactive team player
- Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in the travel sector or similar
- GDS knowledge
- Oriented business results
- Versatility
