We are looking for an Area Manager France for our franchise centers and own schools.
Your mission will be to contribute to the growth of Kids&Us by supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the centers while ensuring the compliance with the company’s educational and quality standards.
**You will be responsible for**:
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of assigned Kids&Us centers and ensure achievement of objectives.
Periodically visit your centers to evaluate their progress, provide guidance and support to directors, and ensure that Kids&Us quality standards are followed.
Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies in collaboration with the centers to increase profitability and student recruitment.
Train and professionally develop the directors of your centers.
Collaborate transversally with different teams to guarantee coherence and compliance with Kids&Us objectives.
Represent the company brand.
What skills and attitudes are we looking for?
Strong experiences in management, performing functions as an area manager or similar, preferably in franchises or the retail sector.
ideally residing in southwest FRANCE (Toulouse or Bordeaux) and being available to travel weekly within your area. (50% travel / 50% home office)
Skills in Office 365 at an intermediate level.
Good level of English (B2) is mandatory.
