**Job Description Summary**: The point of contact of customers and commercial team for topics related to structural scope for the project specific tower.

Working close with engineering, commercial team and the customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provides technical expertise and develops technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the bidding process while interfacing with the commercial team. Possesses a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies. The socpe is specifically related to the tower that shall be designed from structural point of view for an specific offer.
- The role has to work close with engineering, specially Tower and Foundation team, to try to optimize theee product we are offering to our customers. One of the responsibilities will be creating standard plannings and offer specific plannings, for the development of the detailed studies of this scope, discussing them with customers to get and allignment.
- Will be managing this scope in all the offers we do, managing the expectations from the customers and their foundation designers, together with engineering and commercial team.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

**Required Qualifications**
- Master Engineering Degree (Structural, Mechanical, Aerodinamic)
- Experience in the Engineering/Technology Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Management skills
- High English knowledge
- Developed soft skills that will facilitate interacting with so different stakeholders
- Team working capabilities
- Problems solving mindset
