**Join EF Malaga as a Housing & Student Services Manager**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead the student housing team, ensuring high-quality accommodation in host families and residences.- Oversee the housing experience, ensuring student satisfaction and welfare.- Manage relationships with host families, resident advisors, and external housing providers.- Develop strategies for host family recruitment and engagement.- Enforce housing policies and handle complex student welfare issues.- Supervise administrative tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.- Coordinate student arrivals, departures, and airport transfers.- Act as the primary contact for housing-related emergencies.

**What You Bring**:
- Leadership experience in hospitality, education, or housing management.- Bachelor’s degree preferred.- Spanish proficiency (C1) and fluency in English; a third language is a plus.- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.- Ability to handle pressure and make decisions in unpredictable situations.- A proactive, adaptable, and empathetic mindset.- International experience is a bonus
