As part of our Quality Assurance team, you’ll be the guardian of product integrity and regulatory compliance. Your mission is to ensure every batch that reaches the market meets our quality promise — and the expectations of health authorities and consumers alike. Such as:
**Main Challenges**:
Ensure compliance with **GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, ISO 22716, ISO 22000**, and applicable EU directives and regulations.

Review and approve **batch documentation, Certificates of Analysis**, and release batches per Marketing Authorization requirements. Update **SOPs**, manage the **Quality Manual**, and coordinate **Management Reviews**.

Oversee **market release** and ensure proper product distribution.

Investigate **non-conformities**, lead **CAPA implementation**, and drive continuous improvement. Manage **product complaints**, assess recovered units, and make final decisions on returns, recalls, or suspected counterfeits.

Lead **audits** — both internal and with third-party manufacturers and service providers.

Oversee **supplier qualification**, contract manufacturing oversight, and ensure compliance from **APIs to finished goods**.

Implement and maintain the **Food Safety Management System** and evaluate its performance.

Ensure **data integrity** in SAP, from product masters to client records. Monitor and report **quality KPIs**, and support **company-wide training and upskilling** on quality topics.

**Academical Background**:
**University Degree** is a plus.
Proficient in **English.**Other European languages are a plus

**Experiência**:
**Experience** in Quality Assurance within a related industry is highly valuable.

**Conocimientos**:
Experience working with **SAP** and **TRACKWISE** (or other e-QMS platforms).
