**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Recruitment of open positions in the area of responsibility and being the first point of contact and advisor to the department on the recruiting process and the appropriate recruiting strategy.
- Ensure smooth interfaces to the departments and related HR areas in the recruiting process.
**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
- Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in the automotive environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment accustomed to manage high volume of vacancies.
- Previous experience with SAP Success Factors will be valued.
- C1 level of Spanish and English is required.
