We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a dynamic **Hotel Manager** to lead the** launch of our newest property in Alcalá, Madrid.**

This isn't just any typical hotel - it's the debut of an exciting, undisclosed brand that's set to redefine urban living

**Your Responsibilities**

Strategic Leadership
- Develop comprehensive business plans for revenue growth and market expansion
- Analyze trends to inform decision-making
- Set clear performance goals aligned with the property's unique vision

Operational Excellence
- Implement rigorous quality control standards
- Oversee maintenance programs
- Streamline operations for efficiency

Human Capital Management
- Build a high-performing team
- Provide coaching and development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative work environment

Financial Acumen
- Manage budgets effectively
- Analyze financial data for optimization
- Ensure profitability and achieve targets

Guest Satisfaction
- Champion exceptional, personalized service
- Implement proactive guest feedback systems
- Continuously enhance guest experiences

Revenue & Sales Collaboration
- Develop targeted strategies for diverse segments
- Identify new business opportunities
- Optimize marketing efforts

Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits
- Stay updated on industry best practices

**Your Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices
- Excellent leadership and team motivation skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment
