Grow your career as a **Sr. Project Manager** within AMResorts, one of our 14 leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for preparing and monitoring of programs, timing, quality and finances of construction and/or renovation projects with a view to achieving an optimum long-term investment (balance between costs and potential rental income). Also for organising and doing the follow-up from the Operatorional side of technical works for new acquisitions and renovations within the exploitation strategy and context, set out by the direction and other internal teams.
A successful** Sr. Project Manager** will be responsable for:
- PLANNING
- CONTROLLING
- ADVISORY TO OWNERS
- COORDINAATE WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS
- VISIT Site
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a manager
A successful **Sr. Project Manager** will have:
- University degree: Arquitecto técnico ó Ingeniero, PMP Will be a plus
- 10 Years’ Experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- High Experience in program structure
- Broad knowledge of civil engineering
- Broad knowledge of fit out works
- General knowledge of specialised techniques (HVAC/electricity/lifts/sanitary installations).
- General knowledge of specific legislation related to the function of the building project
- Experience in drawing up planning.
- Good grasp of building standards
- Relevant experience in price calculation of building works
- Experience in drawing up study and building contracts.
- Knowledge of ageing and maintenance problems of buildings.
- Travel required 70%
