Junior Legal Counsel

**WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE**

Reporting into the Senior Legal Consul, you will work closely with the Group’s business teams and external legal advisors across EMEA.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Corporate Law**: Incorporation and management of the corporate lifecycle of various types of national and international legal entities, including administration offices management, minutes, certificates, powers of attorney, public deeds, dissolutions and liquidations, among others.
- **Contracts**: Drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial agreements at both national and international level, including, in particular, confidentiality agreements, distribution, agency, manufacturing, services, real estate, technology, turnkey project agreements, etc.
- **Reorganizations**: Participation in national and international corporate restructuring operations, including mergers, spin-offs, liquidations and similar transactions.
- **Finance**: Drafting and negotiation of financing agreements.
- **Litigation**: Coordination, supervision and monitoring of litigation matters within the Group in collaboration with external counsel.
- Respond to **legal queries** from other Group departments, coordinating work and participating in cross-functional projects with teams such as Tax, Insurance, Treasury, HR, IP, IT, Data Protection, Business, Product Compliance, etc.

**WHAT WE SEEK**

**Education**:

- Law Degree and Admission to practice law
- Master’s in Company Law or complementary training in International or Business Law (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company or a top-tier law firm

**Languages**:

- Proficiency level of Spanish and English (C1-C2). Additional languages will be a plus.
