Senior PM / EHS Systems Analyst

Essential Job Functions:

- Analyze and prioritize user requirements, approving concepts and specifications in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the external support team, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with Arxada’s standards.
- Oversee configuration and customization of SAP PM and EHS systems, developing and executing test plans.
- Lead training sessions for endusers, contribute to data migration activities, and create comprehensive training documentation.
- Manage the development service in projects, ensuring compliance with Arxada standards and conducting quality control.
- Provide 3rd level support for complex incidents, contribute to the resolution of critical and urgent issues.
- Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders, external support teams, and relevant parties for successful project implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, mechanical engineer, chemical engineer, manufacturing engineer, or equivalent work experience.
- Languages: English (professional, business fluent), German (desired)
- 5-10 years’ experience IT SAP PM/ SAP EHS (optional)
- Understanding of a manufacturing and warehouse environment, technologies, and related processes especially those in the plant maintenance and engineering space.
- Ability to work with the business to understand and map processes and analyze data to identify waste and inefficiencies to target improvements.
- Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP PM.
- A willingness to acquire proficiency in EHS if not already possessed.
