**Key responsibilities**:

- Dar soporte general al departamento de Customer Experience
- Elaboración de informes mensuales para Dirección
- Analítica de datos para la mejora de la experiência Cliente: Orientación al cliente.
- Dinamización del Plan de Fidelización en sintonía con la Estrategia

de la Compañía
- Soporte a la ejecución del Plan de Comunicación a Clientes de la Compañía
- Loyalty:soporte al plan de fidelización

**Key Requirements**:

- Cursando Master. Estudios de Grado finalizados.
- Fluidez escrita y oral en inglés.
- Excelentes habilidades de MS Office, particularmente en Excel y PowerPoint. Valorable conocimento de SAS.
- Alto nível de motivación.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de relaciones.
- Fuertes habilidades de pensamiento analítico, conceptual y estratégico.
- Eres una persona con alta capacidad analítica, orientada a resultados y resolutiva, con buenas habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.

**Lo que ofrecemos**:

- Prácticas de 6 meses en horario part-time de lunes a viernes de 9.00 a 14.00 hrs. Cierta flexibilidad es posible.
- Prácticas remuneradas: 600€ brutos al mes.
- Se permite algo de trabajo a domicilio.
