Product Owner, Mobile App

Ebury has recently launched an iphone mobile app. We have built this at exceptional speed and the client feedback has been excellent. There is a strong client-driven roadmap for next iterations. We have a large number of clients with Androids that do not want to be left out

Your goal is to launch an Android app and support future iterations and functionality.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will be the ultimate owner and responsible for the development of the Android app for Ebury's clients. Areas of responsibility:

- Act as the Product Owner for the app team working with an agile methodology
- Prioritise the product backlog to maximise value to clients
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Design to define journeys and UI
- Own the delivery of new functionality end-to-end. Write EPICs and stories.
- Work with the API tech team to extend the API to support the mobile app as needed
- Utilise analytics to drive insights around adoption, conversion and usage. Ensure a test and learn approach
- Work closely with Product Owners from other channels to ensure consistency and optimal designs across channels
- Liaise with the Ops, Commercial and Support teams to setup operational support for the app.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Product Management/ Ownership experience
- Experience in dealing with software vendors
- Strong understanding of software development and Agile
- Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels
- Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised and strong project management skills
- Experience in the financial sector and payments preferred.
