To keep pace with technological developments in the field and face up to its increasing challenges through constant innovation, Datawords is looking for an: Machine Translation Manager
Reporting directly to the Manager of the New Language Technologies Department, your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with our internal development team to test and deploy MT tools
Helping operational teams to define MT strategies and accomplish their MT objectives
Technological surveillance on new technologies concerning MT and IA
Collecting and formalizing user feedbacks about internal MT solutions
Accompany Sales and PM teams about our client's MT related requests
Help operational teams to resolve their MT related technical issues with CAT tools
Training internal engines and benchmarking between different MT systems to find adapted solutions for operational teams
**Requirements**:
Training in translation technologies or Natural Language Processing
Basic knowledge of Python and Linux
Excellent knowledge of office tools (Office suite)
Experience or knowledge on project management
Good knowledge of SDL Trados Studio and other CAT tools is a plus
**Working languages**: French and English required
Autonomy and excellent communication skills
**Conditions**:
Permanent contract
Salary depending on experience
