We are seeking a Performance Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital acquisition strategies, managing large-scale B2B paid media campaigns, and optimizing performance across channels. You will play a key part in driving growth and ensuring efficient use of significant advertising budgets.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.

Responsabilidades principales

Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage digital acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and forecasts.
- Lead collaboration with global digital channel teams to drive optimization and performance excellence.
- Manage local digital channel execution, adapting strategies for market nuances while maintaining global consistency.
- Oversee large-scale B2B paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and other major platforms.
- Drive performance-driven creative and copy production, ensuring high-impact, conversion-focused assets.
- Manage significant advertising budgets with precision, ensuring proper pacing and spend alignment across the month.
- Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to continually improve results.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting strategies, results, and optimizations clearly.

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in performance media and/or digital marketing.
- Proven, hands-on experience managing large-scale B2B paid media campaigns — particularly Google Ads.
- Strong background in performance-driven creative and copy production.
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Demonstrated success managing and pacing substantial advertising budgets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
