And at the **European Shared Services Center **based in Cornellà de Llobregat, with more than 300 employees, we support the group's various subsidiaries of all Europe and other regions. We have built an outstanding multicultural environment composed by employees of around 30 different nationalities.

We are looking for a **M**aterial Management Support Coordinator** to join our **European Materials Management team** based in **Barcelona for a 12-month contract**.

**As M**aterial Management Support Coordinator**, you will**:

- Obtain quotations from vendors for maintenance capital and operational spares.
- Determine if spare parts are already created in SAP by utilizing the AP global materials catalog.
- Preparation of load files for new and extended Material Masters in SAP.
- Creation and issue of requisitions in SAP Project builder.
- Expedite purchase orders, resolve incorrect / late deliveries with Vendors and assist Accounts Payable with invoice queries.
- Follow up purchase orders delivery dates.
- Manage shipping and transportation working closely with expediting and logistics teams.
- Creation of new equipment Bill of Materials (BoM) in SAP.
- Set up MRP settings and set safety stock levels in SAP.
- Run weekly reports & KPIs by project.

**You will have**:

- Significant experience in SAP is essential.
- A purchasing or supply chain background would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory management and Material Resource Planning (MRP)
- Strong communication skills to support multiple interfaces (internal and external).
- Proactivity and good organizational skills.
- Fluency in English required.
