**What you will do**:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Business Analyst Intern in the Accommodation team you will be in charge of:

- Working with data and reports to extract key insights that support business decisions.
- Assisting in data collection and organization to standarize reporting processes.
- Helping to create and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets, Salesforce and other tools.
- Providing clear insights and summaries to support leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyzing trends and market competitors in multiple dimensions that can impact eDOs Inventory strategy.
- Collaborating with different teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
- Sharing relevant updates and findings in team and business meetings.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Economics, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset, enabling quick extraction of insights from data and provision of effective solutions.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable working with reports and dashboards (SQL knowledge is appreciated).
- Clearly communicating findings and results in English (the day-to-day working language).
- Curiosity: Demonstrated enthusiasm for exploring data, uncovering insights, and consistently seeking new ways to improve existing ways of doing.
- Organized self-starter: Methodical and detail-oriented, with a focus on producing results.
- Ambition: A strong drive to excel, influence, and make an impact within a growing business. Aspiration for personal and professional growth.
- Highly motivated: Enthusiastic about learning and eager to contribute ideas, proposals, and perspectives to drive constant improvement in team performance.
