Ecolab is seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Barcelona as a **Project Management Trainee**.

**What You Will Do**:

- Collaborate, coordinate and support the sales teams to implement commercial excellence strategies.
- Process and analyse data with critical view to support training processes aimed at driving business growth.
- Develop and track critical trainings for the sales and technical teams in the transformation of the organization, coordinate and organize sessions.
- Provide general support to other projects across the division, including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, etc.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or similar.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual base.
- Strong digital, analytical and problem-solving skill.
- High level of accuracy and detail oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Recent work experience or internship in a similar position.
- Professional and mature approach with the ability to comfortably interact with all levels, including Senior Management.
- Fluent in other European languages.
