Demand and Supply Manager

La persona seleccionada tendrá las siguientes
**FUNCIONES y RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Dirigir un equipo de trabajo, creando las condiciones para desarrollar su equipo alcanzando su máximo potencial y alcanzar altos níveles de rendimiento, a nível individual y grupal.
- Participar en la definición de la estrategia de la cadena de suministro.
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida y el envejecimiento de las existencias, optimizando días de stock mientras se minimizan los pedidos pendientes.
- Supervisar las operaciones de planificación de la demanda y el suministro (previsión de ventas, plazo de entrega, frecuencia de entrega, cantidad mínima de pedido)
- Gestionar los proveedores clave, evaluando su nível de servicio de servicio y establecer planes de acción.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia a largo plazo para gestión de inventarios, optimizando los níveles de stock manteniendo la disponibilidad de los productos, analizando artículos de baja rotación y alineando los planes de acción con Marketing y Ventas para minimizarlos.
- Garantizar que el equipo de planificación de suministros establezca y mantenga relaciones con los proveedores relevantes para facilitar el desempeño de su trabajo
- Desarrollar y mantener, con la dirección operativa de gestión, un plan de gestión de la demanda.
- Hacer un seguimiento de los KPI del departamento de demanda y suministro establecer el plan de acción correspondiente cuando sea necesario
- Facilitar la planificación de ventas y operaciones
- Alinear con el Centro de Distribución todas operaciones de los proveedores entrantes.
- Alinear con el equipo de Demanda y Suministro del grupo todas las políticas y solicitudes del grupo
