**The challenges you’ll help to tackle**:
You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of the team in a fast-paced work environment.
Within the team, you will report to the Head of Product:

- You will be responsible for user research and user discovery
- You will be responsible for understanding platform user needs and identifying the key features that add user value to the operations
- You will identify manual tasks to be processed or digitalised in the product. You will ensure that user needs are understood and represented
- You will be responsible for building operations and business processes in a diagram-flow tech-based perspective. You will iterate and validate diagrams with users
- You will ensure proper business definitions on process specifications, data gathering requirements, computations and accounting
- You will assist the tech team with product support during the feature’s development process
- You will work closely with Designers and Engineers to provide the best platform solutions to identified problems
- You will collaborate with the QA team for drafting the User Acceptance Criteria
- You will be responsible for leading the platform highline pipeline. You will manage relevant requests or needs that come directly from users

**Who you are**:
Your profile:

- Ideally, you have a professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- You have excellent analytical skills. You are able to anticipate possible problems and detect opportunities
- You have a mathematical structured mindset or some kind of background in IT
- You are technically savvy: you know the ins and outs of all digital tools you use and you quickly understand any new tools you need to use
- You have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- You are very well organized and rigorous
- You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks
- You are dynamic and proactive
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Finally, you have an amazing sense of humor :)
