Desde **GRUPO CRIT** buscamos **_varios/as Gestores/as KYC sin experiência_**, _con dominio alguno de estos idiomas; holandés, sueco, finlandés, o alemán/austriaco,_ para garantizar que la información de nuestros clientes cumpla con los más altos estándares de calidad y normativos.
En este puesto tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar tu carrera en un entorno dinámico y multicultural, con formación y acompañamiento continuo.
**¿Qué harás?**
- Gestionar y mantener una cartera asignada de comercios, asegurando un seguimiento constante.
- Actuar como punto de contacto consultivo, entendiendo las necesidades de los comercios y proponiendo mejoras o soluciones.
- Analizar datos de ventas, operaciones y volumen de transacciones para detectar oportunidades de crecimiento o riesgo.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo de planes estratégicos para aumentar la aceptación de tarjetas y optimizar resultados.
- Identificar comercios en riesgo y aplicar estrategias para retención y crecimiento dentro de la cartera.
**Qué ofrecemos**
- Contrato inicial de 6 meses con posibilidad de incorporación a plantilla.
- Formación continua y desarrollo profesional dentro de American Express.
- Horario estable: de lunes a viernes de 09:00h a 18:00h
- Salario competitivo acorde al sector.
- Ubicación: Madrid - Modalidad Híbrida

**Requisitos**:
**Qué buscamos**
- Nível intermedio/alto de holandés, sueco, finlandés o alemán/austriaco.
- Experiência previa en atención al cliente, backoffice o gestión de datos (no imprescindible).
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y multitarea.
- Atención al detalle y orientación al cumplimiento normativo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
