**About the role**
Our Growth team is the engine that (as you'd expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe. They're what propels us past the competition in the eyes of our customers.
With a community-driven marketing approach, they ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.
We’re looking for an experienced App Store Optimisation Manager to manage our portfolio of app store pages by increasing discoverability, improving conversion rate, and keeping metadata up to date.
**What you'll be doing**
- Collaborating with performance marketing, product marketing, and design teams to align ASO initiatives with growth objectives and brand messaging across channels
- Developing, implementing, and managing ASO strategies to boost visibility and organic installs across Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Conducting keyword research and analysis to optimise app titles, metadata, and visual assets (screenshots, icons, videos) to improve search rankings
- Monitoring app performance metrics daily (rankings, conversion rates, installs/uninstalls)
- Creating detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, app store algorithm updates, and best practices in mobile digital marketing
**What you'll need**
- 2+ years of experience in ASO or digital marketing with a focus on mobile apps in a high-growth environment
- A solid understanding of app store algorithms (Apple App Store and Google Play), keyword optimisation techniques, and ranking factors
- Proven experience conducting keyword research, optimising app store listings (titles, descriptions), and managing visual asset optimisation
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience interpreting data to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in ASO tools, such as App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, or similar analytics platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations through detailed reports
- Great collaboration skills to effectively work cross-functionally with diverse teams
