Fp&a Analyst Iberica

As FP&A Analyst Iberica you will be responsible for the financial analysis of Global Corn Value Chain (VC) and Global Wheat VC in Iberica. It is a great opportunity to learn and grow to start from. This is a visible role, managing the communication and finance data for all Western Europe countries for Corn and Wheat value chain and will intensely assist the leading finance partner on the Destination crush.

The purpose of the role is to make valuable contributions to Bunge, providing critical support to management and commercial leads through development of financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting framework and processes that ensure accurate understanding of the business drivers to allow decision-making. Typically, you will be known to deliver high quality, meaningful analysis and synthesis produced for management and properly identify key results drivers. Also, you contribute to result improvement through early warning, proactive analyses, and remediation. Timely and accurate report of financial statements such as best estimates, monthly EoM values and YTG forecast. You’ll build insightful analysis for Commercial teams to support the right business decisions making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monthly analysis of results and drivers. Understanding PNL impacts arising from structural business and positioning. Validate reasonableness of key management reports. Clarify and summarize deviation in business performance vs. expectations. Support management in identifying issues/opportunities and address them.
- Gap analysis between actual results vs forecast
- Collaborate on prepare the monthly forecast. Submission in OS
- Operating working capital analysis, as well as other Balance Sheet main accounts.
- Support projects in automatization, process rebuilding and process/software improvements.
- Preparation of monthly reports requested at market or value chain level as well as ad hoc analysis to support finance partners and commercial leads.
- Provide support on investment project analysis (CAPEX, DCF, Payback, NPV)
- This role will also actively participate in ad-hoc projects as well as the preparation of certain deliverables with a scope broader than Iberica Business.

Also, in this role an intense mastery of IT systems is needed, plus ability to coach colleagues on these systems and to bring a good level of automation of standard reports. In addition, you bring:

- An educational background in Finance/Accounting at Bachelor level or above
- Some experience with a combination of controlling and FP&A
- Strong experience/interest in SAP and other systems
