**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Accounting Expert to join our Accounting Team of Finance
**Your key responsibilities**:
**As a Accounting Expert you will**:
Accounting advice to business on new products / services being launched and its accounting impact
Manage recurrent accounting topics which require written follow up documentation (impairment assessments, provisions, etc )
Manage the business as usual on accounting including complex topics such as: IFRS 16, Macro CFH and Macro FVH
Coordinate Accounting projects or projects with Accounting dependencies, with
**Conduct recurrent accounting reviews on product treatment**: revenue recognition, cost accounting treatment, etc
Assess, develop and maintain proper controls and robust documentation
Attend internal & external accounting meetings
Analysis of the reporting instructions from Group, IFRS standards or any new local regulation and its impact on ING business
Working together with our management accounting and financial reporting teams to ensure that financial reporting and decision support is consistent

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in Finance departments of financial institutions or Big 4
Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and BoS regulation
Skills on accounting team management, strategic vision and analytic capabilities
Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
Advanced Excel (power query is highly desirable)
Capable of elaborating accounting documentation to substantiate specific accounting treatments
Great capacity to work in a flexible working environment with a diverse team
