Desotec's mission is to protect our planet. We provide end-to-end purification solutions for pollution in air, water and other gases and liquids. We do this by supplying mobile activated carbon filters to our B2B customers all over Europe. We recycle our own saturated filters by taking back the spent activated carbon for reactivation, making our filter solutions circular. As a Customer Service clerk:

- You will be part of a customer service team of 10, both working either out of the HQ or the hubs.
- You are the point of contact for the Spain customers and actively contribute to Desotec's commercial growth.
- You make the offers and handle the new requests. You also do the order entries in our ERP system (Navision).
- You follow up our customers and prospects in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- You will work with our sales enablement tool (Showpad) to efficiently communicate with our customers and prospects.
- As a customer service assistant you will be responsible for the administrative and commercial support of our sales engineers.
- You will be part of an experienced team, where you will get and take up your own responsibilities.

**Profile**:

- You're a native Spanish speaker.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You have commercial feeling.
- You have good administrative skills and excel in organizing.
- You always work accurately and with an eye for detail.
- You are fascinated by the digital world and enjoy making contacts with customers and prospects via social media.
- You have experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- You have at least a Bachelor degree.
- You have a healthy technical interest.
