Job Description
Automatize regular tasks to avoid manual interaction, being able to design new processes and procedures to reduce this manual workload.
Constantly search for internal IT security issues, develop and present solutions.
Collaborate in the elaboration of metrics and reporting framework to measure efficiency and effectiveness of LH security posture as well as assist on technical assessment for changes, project or security related initiatives.
Work and follow up on the defined KPIs with the different teams to improve results.
Assessment and response to significant security incidents and collaborate with the appropriate parties.
Support to improve SOC capabilities by improving their processes, suggesting new initiatives or collaborating in the modernization of the existing ones.
Be involved in the definition of new solutions, assessment of proposals impacting security and propose solutions that comply with minimum requirements.
Performs factual technical security testing over different infrastructure layers, including the review of vulnerability assessments, pentests or audit results, and demonstrates its validity by exploiting these in controlled environments.
Follow-up on LH security baseline for relevant systems.
Work on the vulnerability management solution to increase the coverage, solve issues, interact with the teams and providers among other topics.
The profile
**certifications**: CISSP, any GIAC, CEH, CISA and/or ISO27001 implementer. ITIL certifications and working with such methodology will be positively considered.
Experience in the security of the user lifecycle (SAP, AD,)
Sound knowledge on IT Security technologies (WAF, SIEM, AV, DLP, EDR, web content filtering.)
Analytical and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives under strict timelines, work well in demanding environments and highly skilled in scheduling and resource management.
Used to work as part of a team with an outsourced SOC or any other externalized service like WAF, Vulnerability Management, EPP management, TH, etc
Able to work with different specialized tools even with no deep knowledge on them and extract info from them if required for tasks that are more complex.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English.
