- Define and deliver consumer focused, data driven marketing strategy and activity to support the Brand and business growth for the PUMA Southern Europe business.
- Be an inspiring brand guardian with excellent project management and sport culture marketing know-how and provide strong vision and leadership to advance the Performance business unit locally.
- Be best-in-class in digital, delivering full funnel campaigns that connect with audiences and include touchpoints such as Brand, PR, social media, partnerships, assets activation and consumer experience.
- Maintain a strong awareness of consumer trends and youth culture, providing unique and creative solutions using this knowledge, to reach new audiences and build brand love and affinity.
- Manage Marketing 'go-to-market' business updates, including evaluation and analysis of all marketing efforts, identifying key learnings and best practice for future planning.
- Work with SportsMKT & Commercial teams to evolve seasonal strategy and practice, aimed to elevate the brand and drive awareness, engagement, and conversion with target consumers.
- Manage, develop, and empower direct reports.
- Budget planning and management.
- A growth mindset, with entrepreneurial spirit and energy.
- Consumer obsessed, creative, and culturally considerate; in-depth, authentic interest and knowledge of sports, trends, and influences.
- Deep understanding and experience with media, digital and social channels.
- Excellent planning and organisation, with an ability to prioritise.
- Charisma and commitment to delivering innovation and compelling campaigns.
- Commercially minded, with budget management experience and attention to detail.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in Brand Marketing and a proven ability in delivering fully integrated campaigns.
- Personable and a strong networker; excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent communication skills; articulate, efficient, and concise. Strong verbal and written communication.
