IA Group is a specialized claim investigation and recovery law firm/agency, solely active in the field of credit-insurance. IA Group was founded in 1978 and currently working in Europe, African, Latin America, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian countries.

Our Headquarters is located in Amsterdam, with a staff of mainly foreign specialized lawyers and legal advisers.

**Job description**

IA Group is looking for an enthusiastic person with either a legal or negotiations working experience background, for an entry level position within the Europe Team in our Madrid office.

We are looking for a **German **speaking “Legal Recovery Analyst/Associate”.

In this job you will be responsible for:
1. Investigating the validity of the credit insurance claim

2. Negotiations and (legal) recovery of outstanding claims

There is close cooperation with colleagues in Amsterdam and those in our other European offices.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in German
- Proficient level of English Language (written and spoken)
- Work experience in international trade and insurance claims is a plus
- Relevant study background, f.e.: business or law studies
- Excellent negotiation ability and learning ability.
- Good team-working and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
- Detail oriented.
- You enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment.
- You are capable to independently handle investigations and recovery cases.
- Resident of greater Madrid (we do not support relocation).
