- Reporting to the CFO, he/she will be responsible for the standard controlling functions (cost control, forecast, budget, business analysis and reporting) for all the Practices of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Central Controller:

- Management of the closing and KPIs of the Practices
- Budget & Forecast: Top line projections (Revenues & Contribution Margin & Indirect Cost & FTEs)
- Control of Indirect Cost and FTEs.
- Analysis and insights around utilization, IDC % of revenue, overall practice economics (Practice P&L), including revenue, CM, GM by practice.
- Active member of management boards of Practice. Work with leadership on investment decisions aligning supply and demand. Ongoing assessment of any investments to determine if returning desired results/ROI
- Support management in their decision making through standard and Ad-hoc reports (analysis of variances to Budget)
- Support to finance tool & group (transformation / roll out / UAT)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in financial controlling covers the full company approach: complete understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow, understanding of business drivers and their operational KPIs.
- Strong compliance gate-keeper, with a proactive focus and business orientation.
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, at ease with large datasets and financial modeling.
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task with strong analytical and problem solving attitud
- Fluent English and Spanish
