Key responsibilities:

- Establish and enforce IT/ OT Global and local sites infrastructure standards, procedures, and methods.
- Control Global IT infrastructure services delivery
- provide a regular report on KPI status related to ITIL process. Control and monitor SLA’s from Global IT service providers. Drive process excellence and continuous improvement.
- DC-DR solutions from Infrastructure Point of View
- Experience with firewalls, routers and switches, and network patching/racking of equipment.
- Actively drive and manage change. Change oriented. Understand that change is positive and a normal in the business world.
- Manage and orchestrate diverse teams of experts - internal and vendors.
- Where relevant for Arxada, contribute to global, strategic technology initiatives, recommend and plan upgrades, enable innovation and leverage IT trends.
- Proven experience in managing and facilitating the mix of internal teams and external vendors as a part of product buildout.
- Effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction whilst constantly seeking to anticipate their needs and work pro-actively to ensure that IT is an enabler of effective business
- Control IT/OT infrastructure assets & lifecycle
- ensure correctness of CMDB and maintain IT infrastructure services heatmap for the region, through coordination between site IT and global IT infrastructure team, provide inputs and develop IT infrastructure budget planning throughout lifecycle of assets (long-term)
- Manage regional and global infrastructure demand and project portfolio management - Capture demand from sites regarding infrastructure projects and change requests, plan, prioritize and coordinate those activities for delivery with Manage Service Providers according to establish governance and processes
- Experience in successfully challenging vendors on solution designs resulting in an improved product.
- Senior stakeholder management with experience of working effectively with all levels throughout the Organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements:

- Proven track record of strategizing and designing IT networks & Infrastructure for manufacturing sector companies
- Proven Experience in IT Infrastructure sizing and capacity planning
- Strong working knowledge of networking technologies
- Sound Cloud Platform experience
- Strong Working knowledge of Infrastructure, database, cloud, and virtualization technologies
- Sound information risk management background
- Ability to act calm in times of high pressure, e.g. in case of infrastructure and security incidents
- Actively drive and manage change. Change oriented. Understand that change is positive and a normal in the business world.
- Always on top of IT developments and trends to ensure added value internal consulting
- Innovation oriented and understand how latest technologies can be applied to increase business value
- Conceptual thinking towards mid / long term sustainable, innovative, and cost-efficient set up including architecture planning.
