Reporting to the Planning Manager, this person will be responsible for launching and monitoring confirmed orders, adapting them to the workload and available productive hours, with the objective of issuing them according to the client's needs. Main responsibilities: - Order launches based on workloads. Review of the status of the different RGs to check available capacities. Report detected incidents. - Analyze future workloads, across the quadrant. - Management of overstandard orders: make partitions, review of released and pending batches, etc. - Daily management of order modifications: date changes, route updates, correction of various integration errors, reprint of technical sheets, restart of orders in red, etc. - Attention to various queries about order status. - Monitoring of planning software: error resolution (undeclared productions, route correction, integrations, etc.) - Tracking orders after the deadline, date adjustments due to changes - Monitoring of out-of-stock in case of modifications, “warnings” specifically in the molding area. - Give production dates to Requests and TCs. Occasionally (as a backup): - Review of production planning in Molding using Kanban. Biannual review of the consumption of the area for its analysis and effectiveness. - Follow-up and assignment of orders to be sent to external workshops. QUALIFICATIONS - University Degree. - Experience in production planning, supply chain or plant controling is prefered - Good MS excel level - Knowledge of English - Autonomy and initiative - Responsibility - Resolutive - Teamwork - Communicative - Customer Focus BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
