Buscamos incorporar un perfil de Service Delivery Manager en nuestro centro de Zaragoza, para gestionar servicio de ventas.

**Responsibilities**:
Entre otras responsabilidades están:

- Planificar y diseñar los recursos y tareas necesarias para asegurar la rentabilidad del servicio.
- Coordinación del trabajo del equipo definiendo las tareas y los roles adecuados a cada perfil y velando por su rentabilidad y productividad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento y la mejora continua de los KPI’s.
- Asegurar la productividad de sus equipos controlando y supervisando el desempeño, los tiempos y los resultados.
- Control económico y financiero a través de mediciones, reportes e informes.
- Relación con el cliente.
- Cualquier otra función que se considere relevante y necesaria en el área.

**Requirements**:

- Valorable formación superior universitaria.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en puestos similares, en servicios de ventas.
- Usuario avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.)
