As we continue this journey we need a strong technologist in Collaboration & Productivity Tools - O365 Team supporting the Global M365 Solution Architect to design and oversee implementation of the next generation of collaborative technologies that will underpin productivity across WPP.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Be the technical lead for large global projects within M365.
- Review of technology standards to establish fitness for purpose, and design effective implementations across the group.
- Ensure system information and designs accurately documented and updated.
- Work with Enterprise Architecture to ensure solutions align with business and technology strategy.
- Coordinate O365 SME's team with BAU activities
- Work with operational teams as the Subject Matter Expert for M365 on small change and complex issues.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and IT leadership to inform M365 strategy and technical direction of the platform.
- Drive constant improvement across M365 and associated linked technologies.
- Collaborate across the wider WPP Workplace team to influence and design transformational change

**What you'll need**:

- Strong Knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerPlatform, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Security, Office 365 Suite.
- Experience as a Technical Design Author.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) across technical and senior leadership audiences.
- Hands on M365 administration and management.
- PowerShell Proficiency.
- Global Complex Organization Experience.
- Agile Working practices.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, learn quickly, and pass this knowledge on to others.
- TOGAF Certified.
