The **Coordinator**will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and developing activities aimed at the student community, providing administrative support and mentoring to student clubs and volunteers. This role is essential in fostering an environment of engagement, inclusion, and belonging within the campus.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as Coordinator (Temporary) will involve**:

- Coordinate and manage activities for assigned student clubs: IE Girl Up Club and Women in Business Club.
- Provide support and mentorship to student interns and volunteers collaborating with the office.
- Manage logistics and organization of student events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain and update activity records and participant databases.
- Facilitate communication between clubs, the institution, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and administrative documentation related to student activities.
- Assist in coordinating institutional protocols and procedures related to student experience.
- Ensure excellent service and support to students, collaborators, and external stakeholders.
- Lead communication with the Women’s Department of the Junta de Castilla y León.
- Manage documentation related to the grant awarded by the Junta de Castilla y León for the development of activities promoting gender equality on campus.
- Represent the university in equality council meetings of the city council, provincial government, and Junta de Castilla y León.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Associate's degree in Administration, Event Management, Education, or related fields.
- C1 level English proficiency.
- Experience in administrative management and event organization.
- Ability to work in a team and multicultural environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and availability to participate in occasional events outside regular hours.
- Previous experience in educational environments or student club management.
- Knowledge of event management tools and database administration.
- Familiarity with gender equality promotion and gender violence prevention.
