Seleccionamos para importante cliente, con una infraestructura compleja que se está migrando de on prem a la Cloud pública, un Service Manager con experiência previa en el puesto.

**Entre sus funciones**:

- Comunicarse con los diferentes líderes técnicos de los equipos operativos (redes, sistemas )
- Reuniones de seguimiento con cliente para resolución de incidencias
- Coordinar a los equipos en las guardias e intervenciones planificadas
- Interactuar con los equipos de México
- Coordinar el crecimiento de los diferentes equipos: detectar necesidades de crecimiento de los equipos, trasladar las necesidades

**Requerido**:

- Experiência en puestos de gestión de equipos en contextos grandes con infraestructuras complejas
- Perfil técnico no especializado, con conocimientos transversales en el mundo sistemas (Linux, VMWare)/Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Habilidades de liderazgo para gestión de conflictos y resolución de crisis

**Se ofrece un puesto con contrato indefinido, dentro de un equipo consolidado, con posibilidades de crecer y de formarse/certificarse. Sueldo según valía.**

**Service Manager DevOps/Cloud**:
We are seeking, for an important client of ours, a Service Manager with previous experience working in a complex infrastructure that is migrating from on-premises to the public Cloud.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with the different technical leaders of the operational teams (networks, systems )
- Follow-up meetings with the client to resolve incidents
- Coordinate team shifts and planned interventions
- Interact with the Mexican teams
- Coordinate growth of different teams: detect growth needs of the teams, transfer the needs

**Required**:

- Experience in team management positions
- Non-specialized technical profile, with transversal knowledge in the systems world (Linux, VMWare) / Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Leadership skills for conflict management and crisis resolution
- English B2

**We offer a position with a permanent contract, within a stable team and with real possibilities to grow and to be trained/certified. Salary based on experience
