Keil Business Solutions GmbH is an innovative IT service provider. For a client project, we are looking for an SAP HCM PY Consultant (M/F/d) - US Payroll for a 7-month assignment starting ASAP.

Tasks
- SAP HCM consulting and configuration/customizing of SAP US Payroll.
- Configure SAP payroll schemas, rules, and wage types specific to US payroll requirements.
- Support and maintain tax updates through SAP HRSPs (HR Support Packages) and BSI TaxFactory.
- Design and configure payroll processes including:

- Off-cycle payroll
- Garnishments
- Taxes
- Benefit deductions
- Retroactive payroll runs
- Year-end processing
- Perform SAP testing, documentation, and go-live support.

**Required Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of US federal and state tax regulations.
- Extensive hands-on project experience with SAP Payroll (PY-US).
- Strong expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and off-cycle payroll processes.
- Experience with the integration of SAP Time Management (PT) and Personnel Administration (PA).
