**Job Position**
- KPI/SLA Analysis
- Evaluate recently implemented (changes on) initiatives and processes to guide if the desired output is achieved
- Identify improvement initiatives (efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction)
- Define and understand Problem Statements
- Define the approach to analyze the Problem
- Identify proper analysis opportunities to support the approach
- Identify proper Conclusions and Assumptions from the analysis and in relation to the Problem Statement
- Identify risks
- Identify Improvement Actions (Incident Avoidance, Inbound Avoidance, MTtR Reduction)
- Implement and follow-up on Improvement Actions
- Present Analysis Findings, Conclusions and Achievements
- Perform Routine inspections/audits to verify process adherence
- Identify trends related to Analysis
- Define opportunities for up streaming workload (shift left)
- Define opportunities for Automation in ISD environment
- Define End 2 End quality improvements by invoking Problem Management
- Work closely with internal and External stakeholders who can contribute to Continuous Improvement
- Support in local improvement plans
- Clarify Analysis, Conclusions and Action Plans during Internal and Customer Meetings

**Key Skills**
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Analytical skills
- Creativity
- 1-year Service Desk minimum experience in Atos
- Excellent communicator
- Deep Microsoft Office products knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Reporting skills
- Good Knowledge of Incident Processes
- Ability to manage own duties through planning, time optimization, detail orientation and prioritization
- Availability during CET Business Hours
- Experience in Siemens account is a pre
