**Expérience**

Minimum 6 ans
- ? Master Degree in Engineering; Other academic backgrounds may be considered based on the professional experience;
? At least eight (8) years of professional experience, with + five (5) years of specific experience acting as project planner, project scheduler
or project control manager in renewable energy/construction/industrial projects;
? Strong knowledge on project planning and scheduling software such as Primavera 6.0 and MS Project.
? Previous experience in the solar PV industry is desirable but not a must;
? Previous experience with HV interconnection infrastructures (substations and transmission lines) is desirable but not a must;
? Process-driven individual with strong project management contract management, communication, reporting and organizational skills;
? Fluent in Spanish and English;
? Highly self-motivated : Strong initiative and creative thinking;
? Autonomy and team interaction: Ability to work individually and as a team;
? Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned country/region as required;

**Activités**
- ?During pre-construction stage:

- Coordinating with Business Development and Project Development Teams in order to develop and maintain an integrated project
schedule from early stages of project development until commercial operation.
o Supporting Business Development Team and EPC Team in preparing monthly progress reports to offtakers and other internal and
external stakeholders.
o Supporting the EPC Team in analyzing the procurement and construction schedules proposed by construction and supply
partners, identifying areas of concern at early stage and elaborating risk mitigation strategies;
o Leading the optimization of construction schedules in coordination with the EPC Team and construction partners;
o Adding value to the contractual packages by continuous improvement of the internal project control procedures;
o Supporting the EPC Team in the evaluation and analysis of construction and operational capacities of construction partners;
o Collecting and register lessons learned from previous projects and share knowledge across the organization;
o Coordinating the elaboration and implementation of project control processes.
o Supporting the EPC Team in budgeting of projects and controlling the invoicing of works performed before construction starts.

? During construction stage:

- Ensuring, in coordination with the Project Manager, the on-time delivery of TERIb projects in accordance with the agreed project
schedule;
o Developing and maintaining an integrated project schedule from NTP (or LNTP) until COD including: the work schedule provided
by the construction partners, the delivery schedule provided by suppliers directly contracted by TERIb, the key dates under the
PPA, the key steps under the energization process with REE and other governmental authorities, etc.
o Ensuring proper coordination with other TERIb’s functions (Business Development, Project development, Asset Management)
and other internal and external stakeholders as required;
o Supporting Business Development Team and EPC Team in preparing monthly progress reports to offtakers and other internal and
external stakeholders.
o Coordinating and reviewing the draft monthly progress report provided by the EPC/BOS Contractor/vendors, the critical path and
any potential recovery plan that may be proposed in coordination with the EPC Team;
o Supporting the Project Manager during the monthly coordination meetings with the EPC/BOS contractor and other project
stakeholders as required (i.e. Regulatory bodies, competent authorities, etc.);

- reporting, cost control, etc.) in coordination with the Project Manager;
o Supporting the Project Managers and Finance Team in cost controlling, forecasting, invoicing and cash-flow update;
o Supporting the Project Managers in the validation and forecasting of all payment milestones;
