Overview:
Knowledge of best web marketing practices (SEO, Google Analytics, CRO, UX) is highly desirable.
**Responsibilities**:
You will be working in a diverse Marketing Team and your responsibilities will include:
- Manage, monitor and lead web projects through assessment and definition, creative & technical design, development, testing, quality assurance, production and launch.
- Monitor project progress of the various web projects for some of our IE websites, while leading or proposing other specific new Web Projects.
- Oversee CMS integration from a functional standpoint
- Coordinate, define and prioritize tasks daily with diverse technical agencies (SEO, Development, Design, Content)
- Manage and coordinate internal client relationship, ranging from different schools to centers or other departments.
- Organize, plan and coordinate resources to support the delivery of information within deadlines, since web projects vary in scope and complexity
Qualifications:
- University Degree, Marketing preferred
- Marketing-oriented as well as technical mindset
- 2-3 years’ experience in Web Project Management compulsory (no more than 5)
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- CMS integration experience compulsory, WordPress specifically a plus
- End-user and data-driven orientation
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent customer and team management skills
- Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Proactivity
