**Job Description** WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE**:
No long previous experience is required, as we will provide a **comprehensive 6-month training program** covering both theoretical and practical aspects. This is an **excellent opportunity for junior professionals** seeking to build a **long-term career** in the banking sector. You will be part of an **international operations team** and provide high-quality services to clients.

**WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?**

**Middle and Back-Office for Bank Guarantees**:

- Process guarantees issued on behalf of the bank’s clients, branches, subsidiaries, and correspondents, ensuring compliance with legal, compliance, and risk regulations.
- Perform **regulatory and internal compliance controls**.
- Communicate with **European Sites, Global Trade Service, Compliance & Legal Departments, and other banks**.
- Accurately **register transactions** in banking tools to maintain high-quality records.
- ** Manage invoicing** to clients and correspondent banks, ensuring accuracy in fee calculations and invoice production.
- Ensure invoices and accounting entries are aligned and perform adjustments when necessary.
- Handle the **payment of fees to correspondent banks**.

**Middle-Office for Documentary Trade**:

- ** Business Monitoring (BAU)**.
- Verify that all **approvals from Credit Risk, Compliance, and Legal** are in place before processing client requests.
- Coordinate with the **Back-Office** to ensure that **letters of credit** conform to client instructions, **UCP 600/ISP98**, and the bank’s **credit/compliance policies**.
- Ensure the **timely processing of sensitive transactions** and escalate unusual or complex cases to management.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- ** Fluency in English (advanced level)**.
- ** German proficiency (C1/C2 - native or near-native level is a must)**
- Interest in the **banking sector and operations**.
- No prior experience in Trade Finance or banking is required.
- ** Bachelor’s degree in Science, Law, Finance, Administration, International Commerce, or related fields**.
- Availability for **full-time** work.
- ** Located in Madrid**
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)**.
- ** Detail-oriented, self-motivated, quick learner, and a strong team player**.
