**About the role**
- Structuring the data to create dashboards and KPI reports to be consulted in real time.
- Setting up and managing different connections between tools and data to boost efficiency and accuracy across people processes.
- Automatizing the different processes and finding points of improvement related to data management.
**About you**
- BA/BSc or Masters degree in data science, mathematics, engineering or other related studies.
- Demonstrable work experience in Data Analytics. Experience in People Analytics is desirable but not a requirement.
- Desirable experience in working with APIs.
- You have experience working with HR and ATS softwares (Experience working with Personio and Greenhouse is preferred).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
