Portfolio System Administrator

**Your role in the team**

Atea Managed Services consists of more than 1300 employees in five countries, delivering managed services from the whole Hybrid IT spectrum to customers in the Nordics and Baltics. We offer a place to develop your expertise and where each day offers new challenges to solve together with your colleagues and customers.

As a Portfolio System Administrator role will be making sure all systems we use to maintain our Service Portfolio are working as we want them to. You will be configuring and maintaining the data we own in the systems. You will work close with our CTO Office, our Developers and our IT-department to continuously develop and improve our system and tools.

The Service Portfolio is the very heart of all our tools and it’s of utter most importance that our systems are working and are correctly configured, so we can support everything from Sales processes, through OnBoarding Processes to Operational Processes.

**What are we looking for in you?**

Your personal characteristics are crucial to succeed in the role and to thrive at Atea. You have worked a couple of years in the IT industry. Maybe a few years in a Service Desk or with Service Delivery. You have become passionate about the Service baseline and having control in tidy supporting systems.

You are ready to take the next step in your career and want to develop within Service Management. This position is a great stepping stone in to that, where you will be in the middle of everything to make sure everything is under control. You will be a part of the Service Portfolio Team and whilst your focus will be in system administration and development you will support all of our work with your system knowledge.

**To succeed as a Portfolio System Administrator you need**:

- A love for structure and keeping things efficient and tidy.
- At least a few years experience working with IT as a Service.
- Basic or better knowledge or IT Service Management.
- Grit - mindset is of high importance
- A love for Change Management - we will never stop transforming
