The School has been restructured and from September 2024 it will be divided into Pre-Prep (Pre Nursery to Year 3), Prep (Years 4 to 8) and Senior School (Years 9 to 13).

**We are an excellent and well established school based in Madrid looking to recruit an outstanding Nursery teaching assistant to join our Pre Prep School** **for a maternity cover role from 24th February 2025.**

Successful applicants must be native level English speakers and should have:

- Degree or NNEB certificate, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning & Development or Cache Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education or equivalent
- a commitment to Safeguarding
- knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- knowledge of of teaching Phonics and Early Reading
- knowledge of early Mathematics with a mastery approach
- be committed to providing stimulating and well-structured learning across all areas of the curriculum
- a passion for education
- the ability to work with individual children, groups or supporting the teacher within the classroom
- relevant UK classroom experience
- previous experience in an international school - desired not essential
- excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively and seamlessly individually and as part of a team
- to be confident in using technology effectively in teaching and learning
